These terms govern your access to Deploycart. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Deploycart the limited rights needed to process, transform, store, display, and deliver that content in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publication and for your store, products, claims, customer relationships, taxes, policies, regulatory obligations, and any third-party services you connect.

You must not misuse Deploycart or help others do so.

• Do not violate law, intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, or other rights.
• Do not distribute malware, evade security controls, probe systems without permission, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive commerce, prohibited goods, or abusive, exploitative, or dangerous content.
• Do not resell access, scrape the service, or use automated traffic beyond documented interfaces without permission.

Paid features are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

Deploycart may depend on third-party platforms. Their terms govern your use of their services, and their availability or decisions may affect connected features.

We work to keep Deploycart reliable, but the service and generated output are provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and interruptions can occur. You should maintain appropriate copies and independently review important output.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Deploycart's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees you paid for it during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, or protection of users and the service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
