We collect information you provide when you create an account, build a store, contact us, or pay for the service. If you sign in with Google, Google provides the name, email address, profile image, and account identifier you approve on its consent screen.

• Account and contact details, including your name and email address.
• Store briefs, messages, uploaded or generated content, configuration, and approval history.
• Subscription and transaction metadata from Stripe; Deploycart does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, browser type, request logs, device information, and service events.

We use information to authenticate you, operate and improve Deploycart, generate and host the work you request, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Google account data is used only to provide sign-in, account linking, and the account experience you request. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

We share information only when needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect Deploycart and its users, or meet a lawful requirement. Providers may include Google for authentication, Stripe for billing, DigitalOcean for infrastructure, OpenAI for requested generation features, and email or monitoring providers configured for the service.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information during a business transaction or when required by law, with appropriate safeguards where available.

We use access controls, encryption, restricted production credentials, backups, and monitoring designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and store data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, billing, dispute, and legal purposes. Retention varies by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required, subject to backups and legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You can stop Google access by disconnecting Deploycart in your Google Account; this does not automatically delete your Deploycart account.

Deploycart is operated from Australia and may use providers or process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
